- First of all, Peel Orange, Ginger and Carrot.
- Cut the Carrot and Ginger into halves and put them into a blender.
- Now add the Turmeric and also add a bit of water.
- Then blend the mixture. Make sure to blend until smooth.
- After blending, transfer the mixture into a clean bowl using a mesh colander or cheesecloth.
- Now squeeze out all of the juice of the orange into the mixture.

It is up to you now if you want to add some sweetener like some sugar or honey. If your orange was really ripened and same as the carrot, then you don't need a sweetener.
If you still prefer a sweetener, please be careful with sugar intake. I would personally recommend using honey.
